It could even be said that it is profoundly transforming it. But it can be intimidating and sometimes create an additional barrier to accessing training. That&rsquo;s why at <a href=\"https:\/\/nitidskills.global\/index.php\/en\/home\/\">NITID.SKILLS<\/a> we have worked hard on this issue in order to better understand it and give it its rightful place. Indeed, the combination of technology and training should not be a pretext for dehumanization. We believe that technology should be a tool at the service of training. In particular, it allows for much earlier immersion in the learning process. It also effectively drives adaptive learning, which would be complicated and costly if it had to be managed solely by humans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VR allows immersion from the start of training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With virtual reality (VR), technology allows total immersion that immediately plunges the learner into an environment close to professional reality. Because doing is always more effective for anchoring knowledge. Thus, technology facilitates active learning, since concretely experiencing a gesture or procedure reinforces its assimilation. Indeed, practice is always better than theory alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, in many technical fields, VR provides access to a real-world practical context long before the learner can intervene in real professional situations. They can practice in complete safety. In fact, they find themselves in a world where mistakes have no consequences. This accelerates adaptation and concrete understanding of professional challenges. We must recognize that in fields such as aeronautics or surgery, this is very reassuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A tool for people in vocational training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At NITID.SKILLS, we are very committed to this concept. Technology is a tool for learning. It is certainly a powerful tool, but it must remain just that: a tool. In adult education in particular, the biggest obstacle is the fear of learning. This is where technology and training go hand in hand. By incorporating objects and techniques that are familiar to the learner (gaming, for example), we break down certain preconceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, technology allows us to analyze the learner&rsquo;s progress in near real time and thus adapt to their pace. This is known as adaptive learning. It&rsquo;s okay to need a little more time to assimilate information. It&rsquo;s even important to be reassured about this. What&rsquo;s worse is being slowed down because you have to adapt to a pace that is slower than the average for the class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technology and training : an effective and human approach to learning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In conclusion, effective learning has always depended on respecting the individual who needs to acquire knowledge. Technology allows for a more detailed analysis of the learner&rsquo;s needs and therefore enables teaching methods to be adapted to those needs in near real time. This means that each person&rsquo;s learning path can be personalized, spending more time on certain areas and moving more quickly through others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, technology is revolutionizing teaching methods, with VR allowing for much earlier immersion. People can practice in complete safety at a much lower cost.
